Coaching-related information: training history, performance data, race times, fitness goals, nutrition preferences, body measurements, injury history, and other information you choose to share with your coach to inform your programme.
Automatically: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics via cookies or pixels.

SMS / WhatsApp: If you opt in, we may contact you by SMS and/or WhatsApp. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase.
We process personal data based on: contract (to provide Services), legitimate interests (to improve and secure Services), consent (marketing/SMS/WhatsApp and any sensitive health information you share), and legal obligations.
Information you share with your coach about injuries, medical conditions, or other health-related matters is used solely to inform your training and is treated with care. We do not share this information with third parties for marketing or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Services. You should only disclose health information you are comfortable sharing for the purpose of training programme design.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., web hosting, analytics, email/SMS/WhatsApp platforms, scheduling, payment processing, video hosting, community platforms). These providers are bound by contract to use data only on our instructions and to protect it. We do not share data with "affiliates" for their own marketing.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above (e.g., for the life of your account/engagement), to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and to maintain consent/opt-out records. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
If you access the Services from outside the country where our systems or providers are located, your information may be transferred internationally subject to appropriate safeguards.
